The RotoMatic R 80 was especially developed for the grinding of elastic type sports surfaces.

The working width of the machine is 800 mm. Thus largearea grinding work can be performed, too. During the process of grinding the aggregate glides on two rails sideways, both height adjustable. They ensure a perfectly balanced grinding work.

The special design allows a clear view on the work surface and the grinding unit. The steerable chassis permits accurate directional manoeuvring. Feed speed is infinitely variable. The extremely robust hydraulic drive permits „use without manual effort“.

Operating the machine over a prolonged period of operating time is very easy due to the ergonomically arranged manipulating elements.

Three SMG hard metal grinding discs rotate on a circular support and thus grinding scratches on the surface are avoided.

The grinding unit can be lifted and lowered hydraulically. Feeding pressure and thickness of removal are variable. Consequently, the machine can be adapted to a wide range of grinding tasks.
