The removal of unusable or worn sport surfaces made of
granulates or solid dynthetics is particularly problematic.
The base, which is usually asphalt, can be detached relatively
straight forward by means of a suitable stripping
unit, nevertheless the surface produces undefinable panels
and strips owing to the consistency of the material.
The TrackCutter cuts all elastic surfaces made of rubber
granulates or PU into manageable panels or strips measuring
approx. 1.00 m x 1.00 m by preference.
A wear resisting fly cutter seperates the surface. The cut
depth can be adjusted infinitely variable from 0 - 25 mm. A
side-marker permits cut widths of up to 1.00 m.
The cutting capacity is c. 400 m2/h
using a cut depth of 10 mm and panel
size or a cutting distance of 1.00 m.
It is further possible to use the TrackCutter
for the refurbishment of a surface. Therefore,
cutting out damaged areas is much easier and
quicker. An adjustable marker permits effortless
cutting alongside of edgings and run-off gutters.
Cutting the surface prior to stripping it provides following
advantages:
- Stripping is considerably easier
- Cut pieces can be lifted and piled up without difficulty
- Stacking and transport on pallets is more economical
- a better utilization of loading capacity in the case of road
transport
- cost savings due to easy handling when recycling
